Refunds, stated plainly
Installation is the point of no refund - once a connection is installed and activated, the service has been delivered. Before installation, if you cancel from your side and we were able to provide the service, 12% is deducted for TDR and service charges and the balance is refunded. If SATITV cannot provide the service at your location, you are refunded 100% with nothing deducted.

How long does it take to get connected?
Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours and the technician installs and activates the connection on the visit.
Do these work in villages and small towns?
The three satellite connections work anywhere in India because they do not depend on cable or fibre. Airtel Wi-Fi is fixed-line and only works where the network reaches.
What warranty do I get?
One year on every new connection. Remotes bought separately are accessories and are not covered by that warranty.
