Refund & Returns Policy

How refunds work for SATITV new DTH & broadband connections, boxes and accessories.

New DTH & broadband connections

Once a connection has been installed / activated, it is non-refundable — installation is the point of no refund.
A refund is possible only before installation (connection not yet installed).
If you cancel from your side before installation, and we were able to provide the service, a deduction of 12% (towards TDR / payment-gateway and service charges) applies and the balance is refunded.
If SATITV is unable to provide the service for any reason, you receive a 100% refund with no deduction.

Boxes & remotes

If an item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery (an unboxing video helps) and we will arrange a free replacement.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
